S.A.F.E., Inc. is a Tupelo-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving nine counties in Northeast Mississippi since 1979. For over 45 years, we have been a trusted resource for individuals and families in crisis. Our Mission is to provide immediate shelter, comprehensive support services, and advocacy for survivors, while promoting community awareness and prevention through education and outreach programs. Our Vision is to be a leader in preventing violence and supporting survivors on their journey to healing. We serve all survivors without discrimination, meeting individuals wherever they are in their healing process. Our crucial services include emergency shelter for adults and children fleeing dangerous situations, assistance in navigating the court system, counseling support, and help in securing safe and stable housing. Each year, we answer thousands of crisis calls and deliver essential education programs to youth and community groups across the region. S.A.F.E., Inc. remains committed to creating safer communities, empowering survivors, and providing help, hope, healing, and long-term stability for those we serve.
